CABIN

The Spray-Tech Thermaire SE Down Draft Side Exhaust is a true down draft system. It offers down draft air for installations where a pitted down draft is not practical or desired. This popular design has a compact 16' wide footprint.

LIGHTING

All Spray-Tech Thermaire spray booths come with our ETL listed High Output light fixtures. Our exclusive mirrored reflector intensifies the light generated by our color corrected, 32 Watt, T-8 tubes into the spray booth and onto your work. These units use electronic ballasts for fast starts and low energy consumption.

FILTRATION

The Thermaire SE Down Draft Side Exhaust comes standard with 600 mm, 6 micron down draft media. These filter blankets are sealed in place with knife blade filter locks and air is balanced into the spray booth intake plenum by an integrated internal plenum for even flow over the vehicle. Pre-filters are standard to insure the down draft media lasts. Fiberglass exhaust filters are provided for efficient overspray capture.

HEAT

Heat for spraying as well as curing comes from an ETL listed 1 Million or 1.5 Million (optional) BTU, Direct Fired Furnace. This unit can be mounted in several configurations to fit your application. We have also taken the energy saving benefits of direct fired heat and added ETL listed air recirculation. You can't find a more efficient system to make those energy dollars go the distance.

SYSTEM CONTROL

All spray booth functions are controlled through a central control panel. The operator can monitor spray and bake temperatures through a digital read out. Individual timers allow you to customize Purge, Bake and Cool Down Times. The spray booth automatically turns the lights off and turns the air valve to the spray gun off when the booth is in the bake mode. The lights are restored in cool down mode and everything is turned off when finished. Booth pressure is controlled by an intake air damper that can be adjusted at the panel or by optional Variable Frequency Drives for the ultimate in fine air flow control in the spray and bake mode. An hour meter is standard to arrange filter change or maintenance schedules.
